The Linwood Heights community is located in northwestern Flagstaff Arizona, tucked quietly away in the Ponderosa pine forest on the northeastern edge of the Observatory Mesa Natural Area. Linwood Heights is situated in one of the largest Ponderosa Pine forests in the nation. Rio de Flag runs across the northern part of the community. The community consists of 96 parcels with four unimproved common community parcels.
The ramadas in Jesse Gregg Park can be reserved by Association members for your special events. Please use the "Contact Us" form to make your reservation. Please note: Open flame of any type - grills, barbecues, cigarettes/cigars, etc. - are prohibited in Jesse Gregg Park.

The streets in Linwood Heights are our sidewalks. Please slow down and drive with care and courtesy. Share the streets with pedestrians and cyclists.
Linwood Heights and Jesse Gregg Park fall within the City of Flagstaff which has an ordinance prohibiting off-leash dogs. Coconino County and the Coconino National Forest also prohibit off-leash dogs. Everyone has a right to be safe in our neighborhood and to walk their dogs without anxiety, fear or danger posed by off-leash dogs. Please be a good neighbor and leash your dog.
